Wishia is a one-person company powered by a multi-agent AI team. Founded by 夏哥 (Captain), SuperPortia is both the platform and the operating philosophy — proving that a single human with well-orchestrated AI agents can deliver production-grade software, research, and creative work.

Operating model: HOTL
Human On The Loop (HOTL) — The Captain sets direction and makes key decisions. AI agents execute autonomously within defined guardrails. This is not "AI replacing humans" — it's "one human amplified by AI."

Philosophy
- Knowledge persists — Everything goes to Universal Brain (UB). No knowledge dies with a session.
- Work orders are truth — No verbal promises. Every task is a tracked WO.
- Cost awareness — Use the cheapest effective tool. Opus for decisions, free engines for research.
- Ship-based operations — Physical machines (ships) form a distributed fleet, each with its own agents.
- Progressive disclosure — Load only what's needed, when it's needed.
