Scope: Internal documentation site — data handling practices
Overview
This is an internal documentation site for the SuperPortia fleet. It is not a public-facing service that collects user data.
Data handling

| Universal Brain (UB) entries | Stored in Cloudflare D1, backed up to R2 + local |
| Agent messages | Stored in Cloud UB mailbox, auto-archived |

| Session data | Transient, not persisted beyond session handoff records |

Data residency
Primary data resides on:
- SS1 (Mac Mini, physical) — Source code, local backups
- SS3 (Cloudflare) — Cloud UB, deployed sites
- SS2 (Windows) — Secondary development, local backups
